Equanimity

Part of a series of teachings from the Taming the Mind Retreat at Buddhist Fellowship, Singapore, December 7-8, 2013.

  • Guided meditation on why do we feel attached to, have aversion for, apathy towards specific persons
  • We think they have these qualities from their own side
  • How the category of a person constantly changes based on what they do to us
  • Equanimity is the foundation of the two methods to generate compassion
